A work by Flacke+Otto Architects  on a six-storey residential and commercial building with different uses, a canteen, studio and office space as well as various flats. An exciting challenge. The façade, balconies and roof garden will be greened. Our first association was with the Bosco Vertikale in Milan and the Foret Blanche in Paris. We are looking forward to the further construction phases and the completion.
